Prepare for your implementation review

How it works

1. 1. Book your review

   Arrange one 45-minute Zoom discussion within 90 days of purchase. Invite the colleagues responsible for the selected systems.

2. 2. Submit your workbook securely

   Use your private file-request link at least three working days before the meeting. Include your company context, main questions and up to three AI systems for review.

3. 3. Work through your findings

   Clive reviews your material in advance, then discusses classification reasoning, supplier evidence, priority gaps and the next 90 days with your team.

4. 4. Receive your action summary

   A concise written record of agreed priorities, decisions, unresolved questions and recommended next steps.

What to prepare

• Your organisation, sector and a short explanation of how your team uses AI.
• Up to three system IDs or names from your register, with their purpose, vendor, owner and your provisional classification reasoning.
• The relevant workbook entries, supplier evidence gaps and your top questions or decisions.
• The colleagues attending and the outcome you would like from the discussion.

Submit at least 3 working days before the meeting so Clive can review your material. Remove credentials and unnecessary personal data or source records. A summary of an evidence gap is enough; you do not need to upload customer or employee records.

Your material and the review scope

Submitted workbooks are used to prepare and deliver your review, with access restricted to Clive and the service providers needed to deliver it. Workbooks will be deleted from the review service 30 days after the meeting.

The review helps you interpret findings and agree priorities. It does not certify compliance or include a full audit. Further investigation or implementation is scoped separately. See our privacy policy and product terms.
